FMF Magnetic Filter for Coolant Filtration
Remove Iron, Steel and Stainless-Steel Particles from Coolants, Grinding Oils and Wash Liquids
The FRIESS FMF magnetic filter is designed for flow rates from 70 to 500 L/min and reliably removes iron, steel and stainless-steel particles from process fluids.
FRIESS makes rental and on-site testing simple, giving you sufficient time to evaluate the performance of the FMF magnetic filter in your own process.

How can the FMF magnetic filter help you?
Especially during grinding, honing and lapping, ferromagnetic particles can enter between the tool and workpiece, reducing surface quality and material-removal performance.

One, three or six concentrically arranged magnetic filter rods generate a powerful field that attracts particles and securely holds them on the rods. The process requires no filter consumables and no separate energy supply, so it adds virtually no operating cost.
Cleaning is equally simple: wipe the captured contamination from the rods and recover the particles. This makes magnetic filtration both environmentally responsible and sustainable.
