液压油滤油机 DSD
Use this FRIESS model in systems where the water content of the oil is below 500 ppm.
The FRIESS DSD series electrostatic oil cleaners are designed for hydraulic systems with demanding oil-cleanliness requirements. Unlike conventional hydraulic oil filters that rely on filter-pore size, the DSD uses a 14,000-volt high-voltage electrostatic field to exert electrostatic forces on particles of every size. It also removes soft oxidation products such as resin and varnish that conventional filters cannot capture. Four sizes—D2, D4, D8 and D16—cover different oil-volume requirements. The units operate in a bypass circuit and can be connected to an existing hydraulic system without stopping production.
For hydraulic oil with a higher water content, FRIESS also offers oil-cleaning models with an additional dewatering stage. Alongside electrostatic purification, these units use a dedicated dewatering element to remove excess water. They are suitable for demanding oil-quality requirements and humid operating environments. How the DSD Electrostatic Oil Cleaner Works
An electrostatic field can be established only when virtually no electrical current flows. During purification, the conductivity of the treated fluid must therefore remain as low as possible.
Water in the oil has an adverse effect on this requirement. For electrostatic oil cleaning with the FRIESS DSD series, the oil must be suitable for the process from the outset—its water content must be below 500 ppm. Only then can the electrical resistance remain sufficiently high.
